He had another Ninja that was all dismantled. This one is partially taken apart, it looks lie the carburetor was taken off. Broken tail light, etc. Local pickup only from 21236 in Baltimore MD. I had what I thought was the MD title to this that we found in the estate and was signed by the POA, but didnt realize the title must have been for the other bike.
